Equipment Supply

REIN provides well-known products and high-quality materials to meet customer needs. We import and cooperate with various companies with various brands in supplying water treatment equipment products for the needs of Indonesian market.
Reverse Osmosis Membrane
RO membrane is water purification component that separates materials less than 0.001 μm in size such as the separation of monovalent salts from water, as practiced in the desalination of seawater and brackish water.
RO membranes are typically capable of removing 90% – 99% of contaminants such as total dissolved solids (TDSs) in the water supply. The membranes are usually manufactured as a flat sheet of thin composite membranes consisting of an active polyamide layer (high permeability but impermeable to dissolved salts and particulate matter) supported by a porous polysulphone layer wound round a central collection tube.

Ultrafiltration Membrane
Ultrafiltration (UF) membrane filtration is a low-pressure membrane process for water treatment that is designed to remove turbidity causing particles including those comprised of suspended solids, bacteria, colloidal matter and proteins. The UF process is used in a wide variety of applications and industries and typical feed sources include seawater, surface, well and waste waters.

Cartridge Filter & Bag Filter
Both bag and cartridge style filters offer you removable media and collection of a discrete phase of matter existing in a dispersed or colloidal state in suspension. The decision should be based on the application because each type of media has its uniqueness.
- Cartridge Filter
Cartridge filters capture solid contaminants on the outer surfaces of the filter media. It can be used for a wide range of applications where sub-micron filtration is needed. These include pharmaceutical applications as well as those in which ultra-pure water filtration is required: beverage and food production facilities, chemical and paint plants, as pre-treatment for reverse osmosis system / ultrafiltration system / water purification technologies

- Bag Filter
Bag filters are often the best choice for many industrial applications. It uses a wide range of filtration media based on the application such as activated carbon, needle felt, and nylon monofilament mesh.
Bag filters operate by trapping waste solids inside the bag and are considered to be a relatively low-cost form of industrial filtration. However, bag filters have a smaller surface area than most cartridge filters. The low overall operating cost makes bag filters an excellent choice for small batch operations where the cost of a self-cleaning system would not be justified.

Dosing Pump
LMI Milton Roy is one of the leading manufacturers of Chemical Metering Pumps, Controllers, and accessories. They manufacture a wide range of electronic and motor-driven metering pumps and controllers which may be used in a variety of ways – from simple chemical addition, to complete systems that control conductivity, pH, and ORP. LMI Milton Roy has been providing quality products and service to the water treatment industry worldwide for over 25 years.

Disinfectant Technology
- Ultraviolet
Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection System is an extremely effective way to combat microbial contamination in water. UV Disinfection Systems are used in many different applications ranging from the purification of drinking water in individual homes to disinfecting water supply of entire townships to industrial waste water treatment. UV treatment for water is recognized as a safer and more cost-effective way to disinfect water for industrial applications Industrial Water Treatment.

- Ultraviolet
High ozone concentration, high gas pressure and modularity are the keys to the superior efficiency of the REIN solution, enabling key improvements to performance at different points in the system.
A successful ozone water treatment installation depends on its ability to secure the required level of dissolved ozone in the water at all times.
How this is done can be more or less energy-consuming, safe and costly. And that’s where REIN can change the way you look at and design an ozone solution.
REIN technology has more than 7 times the production capacity at higher ozone concentrations than competitive technology. We provide both high ozone concentration and high ozone capacity/output.
The high ozone concentration is guaranteed independently of ozone output. Going from peak demand at 100 % output to minimum demand at 10 %, the energy and oxygen consumption will correspondingly drop to 10 %. In other words, the ozone concentration is constant

- Electrochlorination
The system processes a sea water side stream from a main sea water flow to continuously produce hypochlorite for reinjection. It produces chlorine, without the need for additional chemicals using a combination of specially coated anode tubes and a direct electrical current.
The avoidance of chemicals eliminates the need for storage and handling of liquid hypochlorite, resulting in increased safety and operating cost reduction.

Waste Water Treatment Equipment
- Diffuser
An air diffuser or membrane diffuser is an aeration device typically in the shape of a disc, tube or plate, which is used to transfer air and with that oxygen into the sewage or industrial wastewater. Oxygen is required by microorganisms / bacteria residents in the water to break down the pollutants. Diffusers use either rubber membranes or ceramic elements typically and produce either fine or coarse bubbles.

- Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor Media Filter
Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) filter media is a novel biologically active carrier. It adopts scientific formula, depending on the nature of water. It blends a variety of beneficial microorganisms which grow quickly attached to trace elements in polymer materials through a special process modification and constructed with more than large surface area whose characteristics are hydrophilic, high biological activity, biofilm fast, good effect and good impact resistance.

- Membrane Bio Reactor
A Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) combines membrane processes like microfiltration and ultrafiltration along with a suspended growth bioreactor in order to treat industrial and municipal wastewater. It integrates a semi-permeable membrane with a biological process and
is now widely used for wastewater treatment.

Dissolve Air Flotation
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a water treatment process that clarifies wastewaters or other waters by the removal of suspended matter such as oil or solids. The removal is achieved by dissolving air in the water or wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank basin. The released air forms tiny bubbles which adhere to the suspended matter causing the suspended matter to float to the surface of the water where it may then be removed by a skimming device.
DAF is very widely used in treating the industrial wastewater effluents from oil refineries, petrochemical and chemical plants, natural gas processing plants, paper mills, general water treatment and similar industrial facilities.

Ion Exchange Resin
IX resins are materials that facilitate IX reactions. They are composed of polymer matrices to which ionic “functional groups” of either positively-charged ions (cations) or negatively-charged ions (anions) are permanently bound. Some specialty resins have both types of functionalities. These functional groups have a net negative or positive charge that allows them to readily attract counter ions, or ions of an opposing charge. As a liquid stream flows through the IX resin, the counter ions can be replaced by ions of a similar charge.

Continuous Electrodeionization
Continuous electrodeionization (CEDI) is a water treatment process that uses a combination of ion-exchange resins, ion-exchange membranes and direct current to continuously deionize water without the need for chemicals. CEDI technology avoids using chemicals, helps to reduce the systems’ operating and maintenance costs and improves your bottom line.

NO CHEMICALS REQUIRED
Deionized water without the need for dangerous or costly chemicals
